Leaning, Damaged Utility pole needs to be moved

Having an ongoing circle of phone calls with Verizon for about a month now. The Verizon pole needs to be removed and a new one placed. After several calls and being told that the construction crew is coming or someone will call me has not happened. Finally found out from a supervisor that a 3rd party crew needs to be involved and they do not know their schedule. I have a retaining wall that just went up and still need to put a fence up behind it. Department of buildings keeps coming around to check on the wall. We can not have the wall signed off as done until the fence goes in. I need to have someone from the dispatch construction team to call.
