Leaning utility pole

I originally contacted Verizon over a year ago to report a leaning pole in my yard. Verizon came and verified it is their pole and gave me a reference code. Told me would be contacted in a month. Since then, crickets. Pole lean has gotten progressively worse. What is best way to get this resolved?
