I cannot get anyone to help me. I have unburied cable lines running from my property to a neighbor and it’s been over 6 months. The Verizon utility box in the ground is on my property my but they don’t have an easement. I have tripped and fallen into the unloved utility box and hurt myself. What do I have to do to get help? Can a technician call me? A ticket was apparently opened but nothing has happened. This is a dangerous liability

Call you town, village or city engineering department they should have contact numbers to get it resolved.
