I recently signed up with Verizon after a visit from two sales rep. My bill with my previous company had gone up by $25 and they promised me that I qualified for ACP through my health insurance. After taking my health insurance info to make sure I qualified, I signed up. After installation, I check with ACP and they said that I don't qualify for ACP. Now I'm stuck with a much higher bill than before, even with the $25 dollar increased. I can't believe they lied to me like that, I can't afford this now, and I work hybrid.
