I've got multiple telecom lines blocking my driveway. I've been on hold on the phone for 90 minutes, waiting for a chat agent from the FAQ link for an hour (Estimated wait time is 15 hrs 47 mins 35 secs. We apologize for the delay. You are 61 st in the queue.), and waiting for someone from the link I got from the Twitter team for 30 minutes now. I cannot leave my house, and need this resolved. My power company, and RCN were both reachable, and are going to be by today. Why can't I even get a report in to you?

I believe it will work. I noticed a post at dsl reports that said it was put up by Verizon because of numerous complaints. If it accepts an address outside of New Jersey then it would be useful.
lets hope all the downed lines are in Jersey 😀 (just kidding)
