Log into Verizon Fios

I was a previous Verizon Fios user over a year ago.  I am now bringing Verizon Fios back into my home.  My problem is whenever I go to visit MyVerizon, it logs me into my old account and states my service is disconnected.  All attempts to create a new login for my current account have been futile.  I don't know how to get this done and need some help.  I appreciate any help I might receive in this matter.
