Why cannot I not stayed logged in to account. This has been going on for over two months. When lucky enough not to be on hold for 10 minutes or transferred 4 times and get to speak to some one the response I get is that Verizon is working on the problem. So that you completely understand the issue as I stated at the outset the system does not alllow me to stay logged on. Whenever I close out my browser and the keep me logged having been checked I must always log back in. I am on and off the system on average 8-10 times a day. It is burdensome and frankly I am getting tired of it. How about some straight answers as to when it will be fixed.
