I canceled my service on August 4, 2014, and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive my refund. I checked back in November 2014 and was told that my account is notated that I am owed a refund, but the agent couldn't give me a timeline of when it would be received, just that it should be sent "soon". It is now JANUARY 5, 2015 and I have not received my refund, just the same "bill" about 5 times stating that it is my final bill and that I will be issued a refund. I have been very patient, but my patience is waning. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
