I have a low-hanging wire, approximately 4 feet off the ground, running the length of my driveway. I have a repair service scheduled for 3 days from now (3/15/18). There’s no way the snow plow will be able to access my driveway & the wire has begun getting caught in cars as they come & go up/down the driveway. I explained the situation to customer service, yet the best she could do is 3 days to service. I need a more realistic time-frame considering the 12+ inches of snow we’re due tomorrow
