Loyal Customers

Verizon doesn't seem to have any loyal customer incentives and bonuses, however they have great incentives for new customers all the time. It looks like once you signed up plan for a rate increase every six month or so. I have been with verizon for the past 12 years and never once had anything from them saying a thank you for your loyalty. I wish Comcast comes into the market for a stiff competition and then they will understand the value of a loyal customer, I guess.

All providers give new customers better deals than existing customers.

Plenty of people say they switch every two years to get the new customer deals.
