MCI Box broken, requests ignored

I am trying to get in touch with whoever can help me with an MCI Box? We have one at one of our properties that is broken. There are wires EVERYWHERE. The box is laying on the ground. We have tried to tape it back together after noone showed up the first couple times of calling, but it keeps falling apart. Everytime they have said that they are going to send a tech out. Every. Time. I am scared someone is going to get hurt or possibly the lawn mowing company might damage it if it isnt fixed. This issue has been brought up via telephone multiple times to Verizon but nothing has been done in over a year. Last time I called they said they couldnt help me because I didnt have the ticket number from the previous property manager. Even when we had the ticket number we got no answers and no resolution. I am in hopes to find an email or a different number that I can reach out to before someone gets hurt. I have photos I can send if necessary.
