Mabel - Verizon Employee Commendation

I would like to take this time out to commend one of your Dallas Verizon employees - Mabel {edited for privacy}

Mabel assisted me at a time when I was the most stressed out after my internet/tv service had been interrupted.  She assisted me with the "tech lingo" when trying to figure out the problem to see if it could actually be fixed on my own.  We were literally on the phone for an hour or so.  She was so patient, calm and thorough and listened to my needs and after much attempt she arranged for a tech to come to my residence earlier than what had been previously scheduled the day before (which would have been a day later).  Her calm demeanor made me calm and assured that a tech would definitely arrive at my residence the next day and they did.  Tech arrived and problem was resolved!  She even had someone contact me after the tech arrived later that day to make sure the problem had been resolved.  She definitely went over and beyond!

I am so glad that Mabel picked up the phone when I called - she is definitely an asset to the Verizon Dallas team!
