Military Discount

I’ve already completed the several times and was told by my signing agent and two customer service representatives that I would be receiving a military discount on my bill but it is the second billing cycle and I have not received any kind of discount. I spent three hours on the phone with customer service who assured me my military discount was applied to my account, but this is not the case. I am discussing on chat with representatives with no avail.
