On August 2022 I decided to move from Optimum to Fios at my home internet. As part of the promo package they offered me $300 in gift cards that is a pretty good deal, right? Well, it would be if it was real and not a big scheme. First, they put a restriction for 65 days in order to redeem the offer. Ok, I've waited for it and on December 5th I redeemed it on the website as soon as they let me do it. The information I got at that moment was that they would send me the cards by mail in two weeks. This was their first mistake (or should I call it misleading?), since it was an e-gift card and is supposed to be sent by email in 48 hours (according to their website). Worst than that, after waiting for 3 weeks now I was informed by customer service that my cards would come only on January 2023. How come is it possible?? They really don't care about customer satisfaction and worst than that they mislead and falsely advertise offers they do not honour. What VERIZON Fios is doing is illegal, immoral and shameless. They mislead customers by offering gift cards that will never be redeemed since they don't let you do it.
