Missing $200 Welcome Bonus

I was promised a welcome bonus of $200 last January when I upgraded my service. I have spoken to multiple agents on the phone, who made "notations in my file", and a member of the rewards team who said it would arrive by email in up to 90 days. 90 days??? I finally received an email in March that said, "Great news - your reward is on its way. We'll send it to you via email within seven to ten business days."

They didn't send it.  And there is no  "Fios Welcome Bonus" link where I can view the status of my card, despite what they said.

This is ridiculous. I feel like I was pressured into the upgrade, and the only reason I went along with it was because of the  $200 bonus they said would  offset the cost of installation. After reading the forums, it is clear this has been an ongoing  issue for others as well.  Shame on you Verizon. I'm going to file an official complaint.
