Can anyone help me get a problem escalated through Verizon? I've been calling for 8 months to have a missing cover on an underground utility box replaced. Three tickets later, it's still not fixed. What's worse is that that automated system that you get when you call 1-800-VERIZON no longer seems to recognize this as an option for which it can direct me to the appropriate person to get a 4th service request in.
Given the fact that the box with the missing cover is in the middle of a grassy area where kids and dogs play, I'd like to finally get this resolved before someone breaks their leg. I've had fire cones and caution tape around it since February.
