When I signed up for my installation I was due to receive three reward cards. On the maturity date of 11-4, all three tiles disappeared for a day and then after the weekend I received an email saying i had a reward offer available yet only one reward was available to be redeemed.
The other two reward tiles have disappeared. Any assistance would be appreciated.
