I have reached out to support multiple times since installing service in June. I redeemed my offer in August and received a confirmation email but I have yet to receive a card via email or mail. No one in support has been able to do anything other than tell me to wait but I’ve never had to wait this long before. It’s been almost 3.5 months since I redeemed the offer.
