The ground cover in front of one of the homes I manage is missing. I have been calling and trying to get this resolved for the past 7 months. I've made appointments but no one shows up. The homeowner where the cover is missing is 90 years old and enjoys walking around the property. This is a sever tripping/safety hazard for her and her young grandchildren living in her home. My community is located in White Plains, NY. I am also writing our mayor and our common counsel for assistance. This is a major safety hazard. Additionally, covers of the above ground boxes have fallen off. Please help in having them reinstalled. This matter has not been taken seriously so I assume Verizon will only care about this after an accident occurs. What a shame!!!!!!! Who can a speak to about this???
