I wanted to drop the home phone to maybe save some money and find out why NESN was scrambled as I thought I was paying for it.
The agent changed my plan assuring me I would have NESN and DVR still. Today - 2 days later - I have no DVR and no NESN. So now I get to spend another hour or more if I can get through! So frustrating to be outright lied to for a 5 star review. I won't use the chat agent again.
