My Wi-Fi kept disconnecting I called and tech told me it was the router, I bought a FIOS CR 1000A. I have the same issue ever since. I’ve spoken to 3 Techs who each time spent over 30 minutes. It corrects for a small amount of time but still happening. My smart tv remote cannot work without connection. I’ve been told changes are being made to 4 and 6 bands etc. since I’ve spent $250 for new router that I may not have needed I really would expect a correct answer not to mention my monthly bill for service I am not getting.
