I am very disgusted with Verizon and its methods. We cancelled our service a month in advance, returned all equipment and were told that we would receive a full refund for the month we paid in advance. We were told it would take two billing cycles. After two cycles, and many phone calls and internet conversations, we were billed for one-half amount of the monthly bill. Again, phone calls with no solutions. Now were were being harrassed on the phone every single day and told the bill would be turned over for collection. I will never, ever use Verizon again.
