It seems like few others have the same issue, but I am also trying to return equipment and trying to print a label through link provided in email, but it keeps giving this error message "We are unable to locate your order details. Please check if information was entered correctly. If you need additional help, contact us at 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966)." This issue really should be saved

Alas you might be better off returning to a corporate verizon fios store and not a reseller. Get a receipt and time and date and name of person who accepted your return. Do not under any circumstances leave the store without it. Make sure your correct account number is on the receipt and the serial numbers for the equipment returned.
verizon must hire kids to do their web portals. Anything that should work for a customer never does. I believe this to be by design.
