Need Utility Pole Guy Wire

There's an existing guy wire in front of my home, and it's in the way of me being able to get a driveway done.  It's been a journey finding the right person at Verizon to talk to about this issue, but now that I have, it's been a dead-end. I've asked the Local Manager at Wireline Network Operations for updates, and the last update I got on this issue was that my contact information was sent to engineering. That was end of August. I have not received a call, voicemail, text or email from engineering to date. I've requested contact info at engineering but I'm not getting any responses or updates from the Local Manager since late August. I've reached out multiple times since then. What are the next steps from here?
