Need help with talking to someone I can understand

My contract is up and I contacted customer service and talked to someone I couldn't understand. Called back and talked to another person that with the same problem but went a little further and received a quote on a new contract. It is $40.00 more than I am paying now. Called again and talked to another person,still having the problem understanding her,and she gave me the same offer. I had told her that on line,on my Verizon page, the new contract is a lot lower price but it is only for the first month and then it goes up $20.00 per month 2 to 24. She then told me that, the price was for new customers only and she couldn't do that,what she offered is the best price. I told her that I was on my Verizon page and it was offering ME a price of $118.99 1st month and $138.99 she then told me "that price is for new customers only" but I told her I was signed onto My Verizon page and she stated that I was wrong. She then said that she was going to send me an e mail stating what she was offering,read me my e mail address to me, and said she sent it. I received a txt on my phone. I told her she sent me a txt,not an e mail, and told me she sent another e mail. I recieved another txt. I never did receive the e mail. I then told her that I had to leave and pick up my wife and I would look at the offer she would e mail me. When I came back home and checked my e mail there was one that thanked me for my new contract. She signed me up to a new contract without my consent. I need to talk to someone that I can understand and get this resolved. Yes, I asked to talk to an American or at least someone that I could understand,2 times, and was told she couldn't do that. I now am signed up for a contract that I didn't authorize. The new contract also has upgrades included, but nothing was changed. I need someone to talk to so this can be resolved.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

This is an update of the whole ordeal that I went through.My contract was up on the 9th.Starting Friday evening the 9th. 1st call,could not understand him,gave me a price I thought was too high.After that call, I looked at My Verizon page and it offered me a really good deal,2nd call asked about getting the price that was on my page,told NO WAY I could get that price,gave me the same price as 1st and again could not understand her,sent me an e mail offer to review.3rd call,asked the automated opperator for an American rep. told me that their office was closed and ended the call.I mean no disrespect but I just could not understand half of what they were saying,do not announcate words properly and talk too fast,but I kept calling hopeing to get someone I could understand.Went on My Verizon page and started to just do a new contract on line but,when I went further it wanted to make an appointment to install new equipment.I am not changing any of my bundel sooooo I called again to try and find out why new equipment.4th call,talked to my 3rd rep and,just as long as I slowed her down,I could understand her the best so far.Told her about the offer I have on line and what equipment was needed to be installed.She told me there was NO WAY I would be able to get that price and,again,offered me the same as the first 2 reps. I told her it is the price on my personal Verizon page and that is the price I wanted. NO WAY again and gave me the same price. I told her to e mail me the offer so I could review it,call ended.I was just going to do it on line and cancel any new equipment that I didn't need. I had to leave to pick up my wife and when I returned,checked my e mail.Now this is where I really got screwed. In my e mail was a thank you for my order. She just put an order in without my consent. What really dug the knife in my back,when she put the order in for the contract that I didn't authorize,it removed the offer on line.It was 11:30pm by now and I figured I was going to try and fix what happened tomorrow.Saturday call 4,talked to another rep and,again,could barly understand him.I tried to explain to him what happened with the girl putting me in for a contract I didn't want and how I lost the offer on line by what she had done. Told again NO WAY I could get that price,I asked to talk to a retension specalist,quiet for a while,again same offer,the best I could get,asked to talk to a supervisor,quiet again and then the same offer. I asked to talk to a supervisor again,quiet for a while and same offer.Asked 3rd time for a supervisor and he put me on hold.Supervisor came on the phone and FINALLY,some I could understand.I explained that I was put into a contract I didn't authorize and how I lost the great offer on line.Let me check and on hold for a few. Came back on the phone and questioned me about the great offer and thats when I told him I had a screen shot of it and I could send it to him. I dont need to do that because he could see it on his end,on hold for a few and came back on and told me that he would hornor it.Told me that I would receive the confirmation e mail that afternoon HAPPY DANCE,I thought. Rest of Saturday,all Sunday,Monday morning,no e mail.5th call and was told that he could see that the"ticket"was turned in and that deparment didn't do weekends so it would take 24 to 48 hours and it would be done.HAPPY DANCE again,I thought.Thursday morning,no e mail,6th call. Talked to a wonderfull young lady and explained what happened and didn't happen and I told her I had a screen shot of the on line offer and had to e mail it to her.Looked at my proof of offered price and was told that there should be no problem getting it,just needed to talk to her super and it will be done. HAPPY DANCE HAPPY DANCE,got what I was offered on line.I would like to know what happened to the"ticket"that was put in and verified by another person,POOF,gone??? The 2nd and 3rd person I talked to should have looked on line to what I was offered,because the supervisor could see it,and have been able to give me that,instead of basically call me a lier to what price I was offered on line.They would have gotten their sale. If my Granddaughters didnt need the internet for school,I was just going to have it ALL turned off.I had a headache for a week waiting for something I wasnt going to get. This whole ordeal shouldn't have gone on.Guess I will see you in 2 years.I think not.Will NEVER go through that again.For those that don't know,screenshot,that print screen button actually does something,windows computer,press that print screen button top right of key board,open windows paint,it's in windows accessories and click on the clipboard,top left of paint program.You will be able to save what ever is on your computer screen at the time,just need to page up n down and save each to get a full page.It was the ONLY thing that saved me.I had proof.I also think the good price I was offered on line is because my contract was up that day.
