I just tried to schedule a service move for my Fios for 8/28 and they disconnected my internet immediately. I spent over an hour on the phone being passed around to different people and apparently since their computers say the disconnect was already processed, there is no way they can reconnect my service. How is it okay for Verizon to make an error and have zero ways to fix it?
Wanted to show proof it was supposed to be 8/28 since no one I talked to believed me since the system processed it 8/24
