Netflix Promotion Redemption

I am having trouble redeeming a Netflix Promotion Reward Offer.  I have received emails from Verizon to redeem this offer by clicking the "Redeem Now" link but when I do, it directs me to the Verizon Home Page and not the Redemption Page.  I have called the local office several times and have not gotten the answer I need.  I would like to take advantage of this offer before it expires.  I need help.
