Never Recieved $100 Promotional Gift Cards or My 2 $10 verison + rewards gift cards

It's been 4 months and I keep calling in to get my gift cards I've used the app to chat and have called multiple times and it's been reissued twice.

I'm missing $120 giftcard to switch to verison fios. Is there anythingbI can do.
