Never able to receive $50 Amazon gift card

I signed up for internet service back in November 2018 and still had not received my $50 Amazon gift card. I had been calling numerous times. Every time the rep tells me it will be emailed to me, confirmed my email address, and says it will be emailed within 72 hours. Still i haven't received anything. It's getting annoying to have to call so many times and still keep getting the same answer with no gift card. What do i need to do???
