Never received $100 and $200 gift cards

I signed up for Fios in March. Redeemed the gift card offers after the waiting period. Can't even look up the status of them anymore as the links I use to use are gone. Last I know it was processing and now nothing.

Getting help with this is turning into a lesson in futility. Not even sure where to turn at this point. Anyone have any insight?

Yup! I'm having the exact same problem. Cards were redeemed in July and was told to wait as they were really backed up. In November they were still "processing" and I took a screenshot. I was told again to be patient. I just checked again since I still have no gift card and the pending status page is just completely gone now, like it never happened. I called support and was transferred several times before being told they saw a "pre-submission" for my cards but the cards were never created. I have to contact the "AFNE" department on Monday apparently to find out why? They didn't give me the phone number for this department, just transferred me to the main support line which of course is now closed. I'm frustrated and very upset. Super unethical.
