I am experiencing an issue that seems to be common among many others. I enrolled in Verizon Fios with the understanding that I would receive a $200 gift card as part of the deal for 3 of the lines that we added ($600 in total). Despite waiting several months, I have not yet received the promised card. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by calling and chatting online with Verizon representatives, all of whom have assured me that the gift card will be delivered, yet it remains undelivered. The gift card was a major factor in my decision to choose Fios, and I am seeking a clear and definitive resolution on how to move forward. Thank you.
