Never received my offers (complaint)

I recently signed up for fios gigabit connection as a new customer and followed the terms and service so that way I could receive the 200 dollars towards Samsung. I never received and email so I contacted the representative and asked him about why I didn’t receive the offer. All he said is, “you are not eligible for it” when I asked why he became very rude. Based on the other complaints it seems that Verizon lies about these offers In order to draw in customers. It is very shady.
