Never received the $50 gift card

Hi, I'm supposed to get a $50 gift card from months ago as a new customer. I never received it. I've tried all the ways I can to contact the customer service. Finally, in early March, a customer service agent told me that I should expect to receive the gift card in email within a month. However, a month has passed, and I still don't see anything. Please help!
