I ordered service at the end of April and was told there would need to be a build-out of the fiber optic cable system before my home could be connected. The completion of the install was to be done by May 28th. It's already mid-May and I have seen no Verizon trucks in the neighborhood working on the build-out. I've seen construction in other parts of my community and know that a month is barely enough time to complete the work. Now half the time has elapsed.
I need to know if the construction is on the schedule. Who do I contact to find out that information?
