New account set up when moving

A new account was set up when I moved, but I can't set it up to pay online.  Everytime I put the new account number in it tells me I already have an account and takes me to the old one.  I need to pay my bill and don't want to pay the extra amount to pay on the phone.  I've call and talked to a dozen people and a ticket was supposed to have been created.  Please fix this.
