Got home last night, had a reported outage, no TV, phone, Internet service at all. Around midnight, myFiOS app said service was ok. But we still have nothing. Have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to fix this, chatted with technician who told me he "saw [I] was using myFiOS app" and told me to explore that for help. (He was utterly uesless. Jagadeesh was his name, and he was HORRIBLE.)
So, main box with backup battery works - lights lit, Jagadeesh had me disconnect and reconnect, and all went well. My router shows it's working, but not getting and Internet signal. TV and phone just nothng.
Can anyone think of something I'm not doing right? Seems the power supply in basement and router working should mean the other things work, but it's not.
