I have been unable to access the www.verizon.com/rewards website to check the status of my visa rewards card. Is there a number that I can call to get that information? If the card is being processed, does anyone have a "guesstimate" of how long it should take to be delivered by UPS? Can someone please help me???? I have tried to access the site with FireFox and IE and when I enter all of the information, it does nothing!

I finally found out that the website was down, but for some reason, I didn't get an error message when I tried to pull up the page. It was just completely blank.
Disclaimer: I figured this out on my own. I had no help from this forum.

How long does it usually take to get the rewards card? I had fios installed toward the end of May.I have not received mine yet. Does it normally take that long?

Donald I have tried and tried to get into the rewards web site as well with no luck. I have to tell you the switch from Time Warner Cable to Verizon has NOT been all that great. I have was mislead by the salesmen from the start. Was to receive a 200 rewards card find out it is only for 75 that did not even cover my early termination fees as promised to switch. I am paying the same for Verizon than I was for Time Warner for less channels. A lot of unkep promises here...

I am having the same log on difficulties. I enter the username and password provided in the e-mail but I get an
Invalid Username/Password message. I've called customer service a few times to no avail.
How can I track my package to ensure that I receive my rebate?

Don't feel too bad. Once you get the card, it is almost impossible to use. I can't even find out how to use the card on the Verizon site as I don't know the balance. Type Rebate Card in search & you get info on Direct TV

I am having a similar issue. I have recieved the post card with the login information and everytime I login its says my username or password is invalid.
I have tried contacting customer support and the guy didn't even know what I was talking about. I just tried sending a email to customer support, but god knows if that will work.
I made sure on multiple attempts to enter the username and password carefully as to make sure its correct.
Any Help would be great.

I have gotten a huge run around. could not access the rewards site. there is no access from my verizon login page. the phone operators are clueless and don't know about it. I thinkg it is a scam and will be switching back to Time Warner. I love FIOS but hate being lied to.

I checked and the site is live and loading without issue. Are you not able to log in? If so, have you tried the username and password help links?

I have google chrome and I get in the rewards site without a problem. I had my service installed in the middle of December and am waiting, but there is a 60 day wait period before the processing begins. Verizon told me that my 60 days is up and I should recieve my card in 2 to 3 weeks.

Don't hold your breath on the 2 to 3 weeks. I had my service installed on 11/21 and still no card and the website is still saying processing. I did get a number to call and spoke to them on 2/21 when my 90 days should have been up and all he could tell me was that my 60 days was 1/27 which was wrong since I had a bill in front of me showing my upgrade date of 11/21. He told me I would have my card by 2/27 and I will be surprised if that happens. What really ticks me off is that a friend upgraded her service about week after me and she got her rewards card over a week ago. How does that happen? I've really never had an issue with Verizon before, but this is really starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I payed the billed and they told i can see how many time have to pay for i can get my reward from verizon and i just want to see and see how much i will get spend thank you very much to let me know .
