I received an one year of Disney+ for signing up for Verizon Fios on 7/2/2020. However, when I logged on-line today I saw that I am no longer a subscriber. Disney asked me for a credit card to continue. This is NOT an option.
-> I contacted Verizon chat. I was told to signup for promo. I told them that I already had. Paulina P. directed me to call a Disney Specialist 1-800-837-4966.
-> I called# and it was for Verizon. An hour later I was able to reach Eric at Tech Support. After going through my account, Eric found the problem with my Disney Plus subscription started on 7/2/2020 and ended on 7/3/2020. Eric put me on hold and then the line dropped. How frustrating? I have to go through this again.
