No place to track returns

I upgraded my TV service.  After installing the new service I returned the old equipment on June 28, 2014.  On July 13, 2014 I recieve an email stating I have not returned the equipment.  The email it came from is a no return email so I cannot send the UPS tracking information showing the equipment was returned.  Checking here online there is no place to verify if it was recieved and no email address to question the status.  You need to provide an email address.

Luckily i got a receipt from the Ups Store . I also noticed my VZ in home agent showed both sets of stb's , but now 

almost 3 weeks since i returned them i only show the new Quantum boxes, so i believe that is how you can tell that the old boxes have been removed from your account.
