Since August 21st 2020 I have no service, internet, wifi or cable. Today is day five and everytime I call I have to wait forever to be able to speak to someone and then its like they are speaking from a prepared script. Same word every day and no one can say when service is going to be back on again. Its always excuses, techs are working on it, they are awaiting parts, can get access to the building basement. Do they not understand that I am working from home and I need my services. Why don't they have excuses when the bill is due for me not to pay. I'm so fed up of Verizon and the poor custom service. I even had to stop a Supervisor in his track and tell him he needs to attend one of their training. Can't wait to get rid of them and then every week there will be mail begging me to return. Never again.
