Not Easy to Sign into This Forum

I'm a subaccount holder and for some time now I must sign out of my Verizon Home Page and email in order to leave a message on this forum as that is the only way I get the Community User Only sign in page, It wasn't like that way back in time. Why can't this be changed. I wish to keep my same ID and password for this forum.

I neglected to mention that I have attempted to reregister for Community User Only, but when I do it won't accept my ID as it states It's already been used-----but that's me.
