Yes, I've checked all the settings. Yes, I've dealt with your terrible virtual agent. Yes, the email address is added to my safe senders list.
The website gives me an internal error and nothing works.
So I'm left sending this email asking for help. What else can I try without waiting for 2 hours on hold and getting no help at all.
Paying hundreds of dollars and trying to save some trees by going paperless.
Any ideas?
