When I signed up for my home internet, there was a promotional free echo dot. When o try to redeem it, it just takes me to the support page, not to the terms & conditions. It expires today, & I’ve contacted not Verizon & Amazon customer service & the both tell me that it’s the other companies problem & to contact them. I don’t want to miss the promotion, and it looks like I’m not the only one who’s had problems trying to claim them!
