I have Verizon since it come to my area never missed a payment. I take care of my daughter who is bedridden, so she depends on tv. when one of the boxes was not working, I asked if I could replace it they said there going to give me a deal and upgrade the system well they did and I have no cable channels anymore we are limited to a few channels I have tried to get in touch with them no answer. I will now look for another provider this is a so watch out when they say there going to upgrade your tv. I should be paying very little for what they gave me.
