THEY  SUCK YOU PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR THE SERVICE AND ONE OF THEM ARE ALWAYS NOT WORKING //I MEAN PHONE//INTERNET //OR TV 

YOU WOULD THINK IN TODAYS DAY AND AGE THEY SHOULD GET ALL THERE CRAP TOGETHER

You posted in all caps so I won’t quote you.

call 1-800-VERIZON 

tell them what is not working. A post of they suck and naming all three services helps not.

call them and have them troubleshoot. Use a cell phone if your home phone is non functional.
