Verizon sold the FIOS customers home monitoring equipment and now has withdrawn that service. Customers are left with equipment purchased from Verizon. At the time of purchase, customers were never told that the service might be withdrawn. Verizon owes their customers a refund for the amount of the equipment purchased for Verizon Home Monitoring
