Have had several interruptions since 11/5/18. My connections are fine- nothing wrong on my end- the Verizon server has been going down everyday for hours at a time! Customer service is no help- they keep insisting there is no outage, but forums on other websites all day the same thing. Is this all because you laid off thousands of your employees and this is their way of revenge? I’m paying over $400 a month for service for my entire family and this is the result?
