I have been without internet and good cellular service since the hurricane swept through my area 9/26. I have called tech support a million time and each agent has given a different answer. I use to work from home but I CANT thanks to Verizon. I see new articles of other companies saying they are trying to fix the problem and apologize to their customers because of what going on. NOT one time have I seen ANYTHING about Verizon trying to fix the issue or apologize to their customers. I'm having to drive more, using toll roads for work , can't even hold a steady phone call due to my calls, texted, FaceTime, zoom calls, and so much more are failing each time we use cellular services. Phones goes into SOS or no service. What tops this is we can't even watch TV cause our WiFi is out. Haven't watched TV since 9/26. Why are we paying for unlimited services and internet when you all have not fixed the problem. You can't even troubleshoot why this is happen. A one month credit of $40 for internet. How about wipe my bill clean for a least 2 months. Haven't been able to use cell phones (5 lines), internet, table (1) or watch (1). 10/26 will be 1 MONTH of none working services from yall. But I bet if I didn't pay that bill you would clip my wings quick and pay $20 per line for reactivation which is $160. Yes I'm mad and furious. VERIZON WHAT YALL GONNA DO. By the way, you should know I am loyal customer if I've been with y'all for over 13 year.
