Paperless billing question

I get the worst possible service from Verizon. Last month my bill posted on the website but my payment did not. I called several times and was given a variety of stupid responses. This month my bill has not posted on the website. After a good hour of waiting for assistance one of the supervisors finally told me that he would mail me a copy of my bill - he then mailed me three copies of how to set up and account and obtain my bill from the My Verizon on the website - and what I was complaining about to begin with was that my bill had not posted on the website.

I think the last thing Verizon is concerned about is half-way decent customer service.
