Golly gee - maybe if I ask Verizon directly they will tell me a number that a non Verizon cellular customer can call into to get technical support for their website? Let's test the theory.

What does wireless have to do with residential internet, phone and tv?
a simple google search would have yielded this information. Additionally the “contact us” on the website its self would have assisted you.
1-800-verizon does not work for non-wireless customers because it requires your verizon wireless number to get help.
